How to wire a transformer 480v to 120v.

I have 208/120v coming in on a 100amp disconnect on a bus duct and need to temp in a 480v AHU package unit with mop at 60 Amp. Is this doable with a step up transformer and what size should it be. Can I get the 60 amps from the 100 amp breaker or would I need a larger breaker assuming this calculation is correct 208 x 480= .433 x 100= 43.3 .
